Common questions

How do I delete my account? Open the app → Account tab → "Delete account". This removes your profile, workouts, and any leaderboard entries from our servers. The action is permanent and can't be undone.

How do I opt out of leaderboards? Open the app → Account tab → Privacy → toggle "Show me on leaderboards" off. Existing entries hide immediately. You can opt back in any time.

Why does the app ask for location even when the screen is off? GPS is what we use to measure your distance and pace. iOS needs "Always" permission to keep recording when the screen sleeps mid-run. We don't collect any location data outside of an active workout.

My workout didn't save / pace looks wrong. GPS accuracy can dip indoors, under tree cover, or at the start of a run before the chip locks on. If a specific workout looks wrong, email us with the date and rough time and we can look into it.
